- All Research Data to be collected in Qualtrics XM involving human subjects (including anonymous, PII, or highly confidential research data) requires prior IRB approval.
- Highly Confidential Non-Research Data collected in Qualtrics XM requires prior Data Manager
- Qualtrics XM is not approved for the collection of payment information.
- Qualtrics XM should not be used for the long-term storage of data. Users should delete recorded survey response data from Qualtrics XM after surveys have been completed. Users who fail to download and store survey responses risk potential data loss. Downloaded survey response data should be stored in accordance with the University Data Storage Standard.
Where can I get Help/Support?
Users can access Qualtrics Support 24x7. In order to contact a support representative, visit the Qualtrics Support Portal and click "Login" at the top of the page. To log in, click the "Sign in with SSO" link. On the next page, enter the Organization ID "JMU" and click the "Continue" button. You may then log in using your JMU eID password, and MFA.
