Purpose and Overview
To manage the large number of devices and services that are required to operate the JMU Data Network, JMU Network Services uses several network management systems. In limited situations there may be a demonstrated business need for faculty or staff members to access these network management systems.
Eligibility and Constraints
Access to JMU Network Services’ network management systems is limited to Faculty and Staff members who have a demonstrated business need to access these systems. Service Requests in this service offering may be subject to approval by the system owner, JMU Network Services, and/or other members of JMU IT Staff.
