Learn how to log in to TDX to gain full access to its contents.

Logging into TeamDynamix
- To get to TeamDynamix (TDX), in a web browser, type help.jmu.edu press enter.
- This will take you to the TDX Homepage. You can browse the Service Catalog and Knowledge Base without signing in but note that you will need to Sign In to see the full Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, or submit help tickets.
- To sign in, click the Sign In button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Note: You will also be prompted to sign on once you attempt to submit a request.
- When prompted, sign in using your JMU eID and Password, and authenticate with Okta Verify.
- Logging in will bring you back to the TDX Homepage, but now you will be able to:
- Add Services, Offerings and Knowledge Base articles to your favorites
- Check the status of your submitted tickets
- Approve any pending Approvals (or review previously submitted ones)
