This article outlines steps to resolve issues logging in to UREC's website.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
If you are unable to sign into JMU's UREC login page, please be sure of the following:
- You are able to sign into other JMU-provided systems (i.e., MyMadison, Canvas, JMU-Official-Wireless, etc.)
- If you are able to sign into MyMadison, ensure that there are no Holds listed within your account that may need to be adjusted or corrected
Additional Information or Notes
If you have recently corrected a Hold on your account within the last 24-hours, and you can sign into other JMU Systems (or you have reached out to the IT Help Desk and they have confirmed there are no inconsistencies with your account), you will want to reach out to UREC directly and determine if there is a standing or delayed Hold that they see, or if there is a secondary (duplicate) account that may need to be corrected.
