Troubleshooting/Resolution
If you need to update your personal email address listed in MyMadison, email Admissions to have them update/correct the address:
- Send an email message to applicationprocessing@jmu.edu to have your email address changed to a new address and/or confirm that the email account that Admissions has on file is entered correctly. Alternatively, you can call Admissions with your request at 540-568-5681.
- A confirmation email should be sent to you, and the reflected change should appear in MyMadison within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
