Troubleshooting/Resolution

To access the correct server follow these steps:
 
1. Open and log into JMU's VPN Client
2. Open the Omnissa Horizon Client
3. In the top left corner click on New Server
4. In the Server Connection field type:    it-conn1-vdi.ad.jmu.edu
5. Press Connect
6. This should connect and load a virtual Windows Desktop for you where you can access the Medicat programs you need
