Thank you for your inquiry. The IT Help Desk (helpdesk@jmu.edu) can provide basic assistance with QuestionPro login and account issues. However, QuestionPro usage/survey questions are handled by QuestionPro itself.

  • Chat with QuestionPro’s online support (log in to QuestionPro and click the ? symbol in the upper right and choose Support - Live Chat option and wait for chat window to open).  There is also a Knowledge Base with helpful information.
