If you are able to log into CRM but are not seeing their typical display or Dashboard, it's best to make sure you are using the correct Application as you may have access to more than one instance of CRM. To ensure you are in the right Application, you can click on the 9-dot menu and type for instance, Student Success to select that specific Application.
