This article will explain how to resolve issues signing into JMU MyChart.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
Signing into MyChart uses the same eID and Password as if you were to log into MyMadison or Canvas. If you are having issues logging in to JMU MyChart:
- Clear your browser cache, because you may have an old password or the wrong password saved in your browser
- Try another browser
If changing the browser does not work, change your password in MyMadison:
- Open a browser to mymadison.jmu.edu
- Click Forgot your password?
- Set a new password
Try logging into MyChart again:
- Open a web browser to this link
- Scroll down the screen then Click to sign in to My JMU Chart (you can find a link to instructions below the Sign in picture)
- Log in by entering your JMU eID and password, confirming with your two-factor authentication method.
