Overview
This article will go over what to do in the event you get a message stating your Microsoft Teams application is damaged when accessing it on a Mac computer.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
If you attempt to open Microsoft Teams on a JMU-Owned Mac and receive an error that states Teams is Damaged, you can attempt the following to correct the error:
- Open Finder
- Select Applications on the left-hand side
- Locate and Open JMU Self Service
- In the list of available applications, select Microsoft Teams and click Reinstall
- Once the installer has completed, Teams should open automatically

Note: If you do not see Teams in Self Service, you can alternatively to go to teams.microsoft.com and install Teams after signing in.
