Environment

Zoom In Google Chrome

Troubleshooting/Resolution

You can create a scannable QR code to your Zoom Meeting Room by using the "Create QR Code for this Page" feature in Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to Zoom
  2. Click Sign In, and sign in using your eID, password, and approve with multi-factor authentication
  3. On the left side of the screen click Meetings
  4. Click the Personal Room tab
  5. Copy the URL next to Invite Link
  6. Now without leaving the page you're on, right click in the white space to the right of all the text. Use the Create QR Code for this Page feature in Chrome
  7. In the box that appears, paste the URL from step 5 and click Download once the code has been regenerated to match the URL you entered
  8. You should be prompted to save an image file of your URL, and you can either print that or place it in whatever documents you'd like to present
