Delegating Zoom Schedule Privileges

This article will give instruction on how to give out scheduling privileges for Zoom

Zoom Schedule Privilege

  1. Open a web browser to Zoom & log in with your eID and password.
  2. On the left side panel, choose Settings.
  3. On the top of the page, click Meeting, Scroll all the way down to the bottom under the section marked Other.
  4. In the middle of the page under Schedule Privilege, click the Add button beside the header Assign scheduling privilege to and add the email address of whomever you want to schedule Zoom meetings for you.
