Where can I sign up for the IT Intro to Zoom class (IT701)

Where to request access to the Intro to Zoom class from IT training.

  1. Open a web browser to MyMadison.jmu.edu and log in with your eID and password
  2. On the Employee tab, under Employee Training, click  Request Training Enrollment
  3. Choose a method to search for the course (depending on how much information you know):
    • Click Search by Course Name
      • Type in Zoom and all courses with the word Zoom will be returned, then click  View Available Sessions.  This would be a good method if additional classes of Zoom are added.
    • Click by Course Number
      • Type in IT701 (cannot type just 701.  If you type IT, you will need to scroll through all the IT courses to find the correct course).  When you find the Intro to Zoom click  View Available Sessions
    • Click by JMU Course Type
      • Beside Info Tech/ Info Systems, click View Available sessions
      • Find  Intro to Zoom IT701, then click  View Available Sessions
