See if your advisor availability was set up correctly in CRM.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
Once an Advisor has created their Availability, there are two options to check and confirm if it has been set correctly:
- Option 1: Once signed into CRM, an Advisor can go to Service Resource and click on the Create Appointment Invitation URL.
- Following the steps, the Advisor’s availability will be displayed. If available timeslots appears, it has been set up correctly.
- Option 2: An advisor can enlist the help of an Advisee in order to see the Student View.
