Serv-U is an application that enables secure document transfers between JMU and outside entities. Certain users within departments have access to their specific area's Serv-U account, and are granted access through an IT Service Request. To request access:
- Click the Request/remove access to existing site button to the right of this screen.
- Provide the following:
- Site Name or URL:
- Add access for users:
- Remove access for users
