How to Request Access to Serv-U

Instructions on how to request access to Serv-U.

Serv-U, Access

Serv-U is an application that enables secure document transfers between JMU and outside entities. Certain users within departments have access to their specific area's Serv-U account, and are granted access through an IT Service Request. To request access:

1. Click the Request/remove access to existing site button to the right of this screen.
2. Provide the following:
   1. Site Name or URL:
   2. Add access for users:
   3. Remove access for users
