Troubleshooting/Resolution
If signing into iModules is giving errors during the sign-in process there are a couple steps you can try as preliminary troubleshooting
- Have a co-worker attempt to log-in
- If this works, the issue is either an incorrect username/password or a back-end issue with your account
- If that doesn't work attempt to log-in using a different browser
- If this works, try clearing the cache of the original browser using these steps
