Pertains to Microsoft Office Update Prompts for outdated versions of Office 365.

JMU Owned Windows machines

Troubleshooting/Resolution

Confirm status of Microsoft version by using Software Distribution application in File Explorer.

  1. Open File Explorer.
  2. Click folder search bar.
  3. Navigate to \\it-cm2\SoftwareDist\User1Fix\MS_LC_Checkv2.8.Test.vbs
  4. Confirm feedback results of either False or True.
