Troubleshooting/Resolution

While JMU IT does support the initial processing of the Kognito training within MyMadison, issues with the training not registering your completion is unfortunately outside of our view. If you have completed the required training and have not seen your Kognito Training move to the Post-Completion Survey, you will need to reach out to Kognito directly at support@kognito.com

If there is concern of a hold on your account due to Kognito showing incomplete training, yet you are waiting on assistance from Kognito, you would want to reach out to Student Affairs directly at studentaffairs@jmu.edu to ensure you are not penalized or delayed.
