This article identifies the steps to take to change your password as an applicant.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
Prior to changing your password, first verify that the computer's date and time-zone settings are current and clear your web browsing history and cache.
- Open a web browser to mylogin.jmu.edu
- Enter your eID and hit Next
- On the Password Screen. Click Forgot your Password?
- You will have an email sent to the email address used to register for JMU
- Follow the instructions on screen and you will be brought to a password change screen.
