How to Check if a Device Can Support Windows 11

Overview

Find information on what devices are compatible with Windows 11.

Environment

JMU Owned Dell devices

Troubleshooting/Resolution
  1. Go to https://dell.com/support/home/en-us.
  2. Enter the Service Tag under Identifying your product or search support. (Your service tag is different from the ESN - it may be marked as "ST:")
  3. Click Search.
  4. Click the Drivers & Downloads tab.

If the system is not Windows 11 compatible, an unsupported message should appear immediately.

To see a full list of supported operating systems, click the Expand button. The dropdown menu under Operating system will display Windows 11.
