Find information on what devices are compatible with Windows 11.
Environment
JMU Owned Dell devices
Troubleshooting/Resolution
- Go to https://dell.com/support/home/en-us.
- Enter the Service Tag under Identifying your product or search support. (Your service tag is different from the ESN - it may be marked as "ST:")
- Click Search.
- Click the Drivers & Downloads tab.
If the system is not Windows 11 compatible, an unsupported message should appear immediately.
Additional Information or Notes
To see a full list of supported operating systems, click the Expand button. The dropdown menu under Operating system will display Windows 11.
