How to Change or Add a Profile Picture for Office 365

Learn how to set a profile picture for Office 365.

Troubleshooting/Resolution

To update the picture for your employee email account:

  1. Close/Quit Desktop Outlook app on your computer/desktop.
  2. Open a web browser and log in to Outlook web.
  3. At the top right of the page, select your initials or profile picture.
  4. In the My account pane, click on your profile picture.
  5. In the Change your photo dialog, select Upload a new photo.
  6. Chose a photo to upload, then select Apply.
  7. Log out of Outlook on the web.
  8. Reopen Desktop Outlook on your computer/desktop. It may take up to 24 hours for the picture to update.
