Troubleshooting/Resolution
To update the picture for your employee email account:
- Close/Quit Desktop Outlook app on your computer/desktop.
- Open a web browser and log in to Outlook web.
- At the top right of the page, select your initials or profile picture.
- In the My account pane, click on your profile picture.
- In the Change your photo dialog, select Upload a new photo.
- Chose a photo to upload, then select Apply.
- Log out of Outlook on the web.
- Reopen Desktop Outlook on your computer/desktop. It may take up to 24 hours for the picture to update.
