Troubleshooting/Resolution

To update the picture for your employee email account:

  1. Close Outlook on your computer/desktop
  2. Open a web browser and log in to Outlook on the web https://outlook.office.com
  3. At the top, right of the page, select your initials or profile picture
  4. In the My account pane, click on your profile picture
  5. In the Change your photo dialog, select Upload a new photo
  6. Chose a photo to upload and select Apply
  7. Log out of Outlook on the web
  8. Log back in to Outlook on your computer/desktop.  It may take a few minutes for the picture to update.
