Overview
This article will describe the steps to download and install the Zoom plug-in for Microsoft O365 Apps.

Note: If you are using a JMU-Owned computer, an update has been implemented to provide the Zoom plugin without the need to search or download it directly from Zoom.
Note: Several versions of Outlook do not support the options to Schedule a Meeting or Start Instant Meeting. If you do not see these in the main ribbon bar, please check to see if they appear after creating a new appointment or calendar event.
If you don't see the Zoom plug-in when you go to create a new calendar event/appointment:
- Go to the Zoom Download Center.
- Click the Download button beneath the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook.
- Note if you would like to to Add Zoom as an Add-in for Outlook on the web (webmail or the browser version of Outlook email), click Add Zoom link below the Download button.
- Once the download is complete, click to run the ZoomOutlookPlugin.msi file to run and follow the install wizard to complete the installation.
- Restart Outlook before using the Plugin.
