Troubleshooting/Resolution
To set up and use the wireless printing service, you must be directly connected to the JMU wired network or wirelessly connected to the JMU-Official Wireless Network. This service is not accessible over Residence Hall WiFi nor the JMU SSLVPN.
Follow the link below to download the wireless printing setup application. You must have Administrative privileges on your computer to run the setup application. When prompted for Username and Password, enter your JMU eID and password, then follow the remaining prompts.
