Resolving Error Signing in to QuestionPro

Troubleshooting/Resolution
If you get the error “This account is restricted to Single Sign-On only. Please contact your account admin for assistance", check to ensure you are logging into JMU's QuestionPro site:
- Open a web browser to https://questionpro.jmu.edu
- Log in with your JMU eID and password and authenticate to Okta
- Additional information about QuestionPro can be found at the JMU Survey Software page.
