Shared Folders in QuestionPro
Troubleshooting/Resolution
JMU has eliminated the use of a shared password account for accessing QuestionPro (Qualtrics as well) for security reasons. QuestionPro allows you to set up a shared folder for sharing surveys.
There are a couple of ways to share surveys, but it is suggested you start with creating a Folder:
	- Click Add Folder
 
	- Give your Folder a Name
 
	- Click Create New Folder
 
	- Click Share Folder then start typing in a user’s name and the select their privileges for the folder (Can Edit, Can Copy and/or Can Report). Note: everything in the folder is shared! Note 2: Users who have not yet logged into https://questionpro.jmu.edu will not have an account yet and cannot be shared with.
