Unfortunately, once a Student has graduated from the University their access to systems such as Canvas, JMU-Official Wireless, and other similar systems. Unlike the Microsoft 365 licensing and access to Dukes email - which is Disabled six months after graduation - access to the majority of systems is removed shortly after graduation.
Once this access is removed and your account is showing you are a Graduate, that access cannot be reinstated nor can the files be accessed. If you are looking for information from a N:\Drive, Canvas, or other similar systems you would need to speak with your Department, professor, or otherwise.
If you are not an Alumni and are not able to sign into your Canvas, please confirm you are using the correct eID password, or reach out to the Help Desk directly for additional assistance.
