Learn how to troubleshoot issues with your Dell docking station.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
- Visit Dell's site (https://dell.com/support/home/en-us?app=drivers) and enter the Service Tag, Express Service Code, or Model Number of the Dock.
- Download and install:
- Firmware Update for the dock.
- Any other drivers for the dock.
- Note the warranty status of the dock to determine if it is under warranty.
- Visit Dell's site (https://dell.com/support/home.en-us?app=drivers) and enter the Service Tag for the computer.
- Download and install:
- BIOS Update
- Any other related drivers, especially NIC/Ethernet Drivers
- Test the dock with another computer and swap any cabling as possible to help further determine if issue with computer versus dock itself
