How do I Password Protect an Adobe Sign Document?

• If the Password option is chosen on the Recipient line, the signer must enter that password in order to sign.
• If the Password Protect option is chosen, the signer must enter that password to view the document.

Note: Passwords remain with the document for life so use passwords that are easy for the sender and signer to recall (Last four-digits of SSN, DOB as ddmmyy format, EmplID, etc.).
