How can I Check the Warranty on my Apple Device

Find where to locate the warranty of your Mac computer.

Both personally owned and JMU owned Apple devices

To determine the warranty status of your Apple device:

1. Open a web browser to https://checkcoverage.apple.com/
2. Type your device's serial number in the provided box and follow the instructions on the screen

(This page is actively used and can error often. If the page loads to a message stating "We'll be back," refreshing a couple of times may cause the page to load properly)

Note:  There is a button to click if you are not certain how to find your serial number
