Troubleshooting/Resolution
To determine the warranty status of your Mac computer:
Open a web browser to https://checkcoverage.apple.com/
Type your device's serial number in the provided box and follow the instructions on the screen

Note: There is a button to click if you are not certain how to find your serial number
