This article describes what to do in the event your laptop shows the message "Device is Locked".

JMU-Owned Dell Laptop
Troubleshooting/Resolution
Hands-on analysis of this issue is in order:
- Please bring your laptop to the IT Help Desk, 4th floor of the Student Success Center during operational hours
- Inform the IT Help Desk of this error message
- The laptop will need to be retained for diagnostics and analysis
