Account Settings

again
Double-click your personal email account (you don’t need to find the Shared Mailbox at this point) under
Name
to open
Click the
More Settings...
button
Click the
Advanced
tab
Under
Open these additional mailboxes
, click to select the shared mailbox name
Click the
Remove
button
Click
Apply
Click
OK
to go back to the
Change Account
box and click
Next
and
Finish
Close the
Account Settings
window
Then click
File
again, and click
New Account
to add the shared mailbox as a separate mailbox
Enter the name of the shared mailbox account
Enter your email password associated with your personal email account
Click
OK
Close Outlook and re-open. The Shared Mailbox should appear in the left navigation pane.
