Overview
Congratulations, you have been accepted and have paid your deposit. Here is how you set up your Dukes (student) email.

MyMadison, Okta, Outlook.
Troubleshooting/Resolution
Once you have been accepted into the University and paid your deposit, your Dukes email account will automatically become active once you enroll with multi-factor authentication (MFA) that was set up with Okta Verify. Access your account by going to this link, sign in with your eID and password. Once you have signed in, a dashboard with multiple tiles will be available to choose from. Select the Dukes O365 Mail tile, which you now should be in your Inbox.
Additional Information or Notes
You now should be able to add your Dukes account to your Microsoft applications (Outlook,Word, etc.).
