Troubleshooting/Resolution

If you are seeing certain issues when printing through Titanium, check to see that the default resolution is correctly set on the monitor. In numerous cases, a resolution change (usually by lowering it or setting it to default resolution) allows the print preview to display correctly and for printing to proceed normally.

 Microsoft Windows

Windows 10 and 11

  1. Select Start and go to Settings
  2. Select System and Display.
  3. Use the drop-down menu under Display resolution and confirm that the resolution is set to Recommended

 Apple macOS

  1. On your Mac, go to System Settings,
  2. Select Displays in the sidebar.
  3. Select a resolution. To see a thumbnail-view of the available resolutions, move the pointer over the thumbnails to see the resolution sizes, then click the one you want.
