Integrating Adobe Sign within Microsoft Teams
Troubleshooting/Resolution
Adobe Sign integration is available in Microsoft Teams. To install:
	- Click on Apps in lower left corner of Teams window:
 
	- Search for Adobe and select the Adobe Sign app:
 
	- Click Add
 
	- Once added, authenticate into Adobe Sign (if you are a licensed user)…
 
	- Log in with your JMU email address, password and Okta MFA.
 
	- Allow access via Teams:
 
	- Adobe Sign appears as a Chat bot.  Use Adobe Sign just as if you were accessing it through a browser.  Adobe Sign security restrictions still apply. 
 
 
Additional Information or Notes
There is also an Adobe Sign app available for Outlook / O365 but it is disabled by design.
