Configure Adobe Sign Teams integration

Adobe Sign integration is available in Microsoft Teams. To install:

  1. Click on Apps in lower left corner of Teams window:
  2. Search for Adobe and select the Adobe Sign app:
  3. Click Add
  4. Once added, authenticate into Adobe Sign (if you are a licensed user)…
  5. Log in with your JMU email address, password and Okta MFA.
  6. Allow access via Teams:
  7. Adobe Sign appears as a Chat bot.  Use Adobe Sign just as if you were accessing it through a browser.  Adobe Sign security restrictions still apply. 

 
There is also an Adobe Sign app available for Outlook / O365 but it is disabled by design.
