How to request help when the Generate Transcript and Generate AAR buttons are not working in CRM.

Troubleshooting/Resolution

If the Generate Transcript or Generate AAR buttons are not working (they are giving an error when selected, they are static and not providing any information, they do not exist, etc.), and you can confirm that this is not working for multiple individuals within the office you can contact the CRM Team or submit an IT Service ticket under Report a Production Issue and provide the following statement:

"The Boomi process for Generate Transcript and Generate AAR need to be bounced/restarted."
