Foreign Language Placement Exam

Learn how to login to the Foreign Language Assessment.

Applies to MyMadison.

To log into the Foreign Language Placement exam, you will need to know your JMU Student ID number (9-digit number).

To start the login process to the exam:

1. Navigate to the Foreign Language Placement Exam instructions.
2. Read through then click the link in the gold box at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter your JMU eID and eID password (the same credentials you use to log into MyMadison).

If you are not required to take this exam, your step will NOT check off, but it will not impede you from completing your next steps.

• You can find your Student ID number through the MyMadison portal, within your Student Center
• Your score will populate in MyMadison within 24 hours.
