Error: Invalid date in function DateValue.

If you receive "Invalid date in function DateValue" error:

Ensure your browser is set to English (United States) (Must include United States)

Verify date and time are properly set to the correct time zone where the user is located and the clock time is correct for their time zone, directions as follows:

Microsoft Windows

1. Click the Start Icon (Windows logo button)
2. Click Settings 
3. Click Time & Language
4. Click Date & Time and select the time zone that corresponds to your current location.  When you are at JMU, the time zone should be set to (UTC-05:00) Eastern Tim

Apple macOS

1. Right-click (or Ctrl-click) on the time in the upper right of the desktop
2. Choose Open Date & Time Preferences from the drop-down menu
3. Click the lock icon to make changes.
4. Authenticate with your admin credentials.
5. Place a check in the box next to Set Date and Time Automatically
6. Click the Time Zone button
7. Place a check in the box next to Set Time Zone Automatically Using Current Location
