Overview
This article will go over the sign in process for the ISAAQ Survey.

ISSAQ.net, Onebook, MyMadison
Troubleshooting/Resolution
During the One Book process, you may be asked to complete an ISSAQ Survey. This is specific to individuals who may need to provide additional information to JMU to better evaluate your specific needs. To sign in:
1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.issaq.net/jmu2025
2. Once there, click on the ISSAQ Survey Login
3. To sign in, you will put in your Student ID number and (not the eID,) and your Last Name as it is spelt in MyMadison.
Once signed in, you can proceed to completing the Survey. If you have issues signing in or receive specific issue when attempting to complete the survey, please contact issaq@jmu.edu
