This article will go over what to do in the event you are unable to sign into the JMU BeInvolved app.

BeInvolved, Okta Verify, Apple and Android mobile devices
Troubleshooting/Resolution
If you are trying to sign in JMU's BeInvolved App, but are getting the error message "the operation either timed out or was not allowed" you will need to set up the Okta Verify App. BeInvolved currently does not allow sign in with a Security Key or Biometric.
