How do I access Dell Premier?

  1. Navigate to https://dell.com/account/
  2. Notice that you are presented with a Dell login page with an "Email Address" field and a "Password" field.
  3. Enter your full JMU email address into the "Email Address" field.  When finished, press your keyboard's Tab key or click elsewhere on the page.
  4. When the focus changes (the cursor moves) away from the "Email Address" field, notice that the "Password" field disappears and new text appears under the "Email Address" field stating "Single sign-on enabled."
  5. Click the "Continue" button.
  6. You will be redirected to JMU's standard login page (Okta).  Log in with your JMU eID and password, and then complete the Okta second factor (MFA) process (Okta Verify push to your phone, Yubikey, etc.).
  7. Once complete, you will be logged in and returned to the Dell site.
