Troubleshooting/Resolution

You have the ability to add questions that allow respondents to upload/attach files as part of their survey responses through JMU's Enterprise Research license.

  • Individual file size is restricted to 5 MB. JMU has a total Enterprise Research license storage of 2.5 GB which is distributed amongst the entire university of users.
