Forgot LON-CAPA password, LON-CAPA password not working

  1. Your LON-CAPA password is the same password as your JMU eID and password used to log in to MyMadison.jmu.edu.
  2. Be sure to type your username as your JMU eID (without @dukes.jmu.edu) and it must be in all lowercase (i.e. madisodp)
