How to Run Microsoft Project or Microsoft Visio

Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio – will prompt for license key as soon as you launch them.

If you require Microsoft Project or Microsoft Visio, you will need to obtain your individual license key for these products.

Here is how to obtain your individual license key…

  • Visit https://azureforeducation.microsoft.com/devtools and sign in with your JMU credentials.
  • Microsoft Project
    • On the Education Overview page, click on Software and search for Project Professional
    • Select “Project Professional 2021 – DVD” View Key and copy the product key. You will need the product key to license the application.
  • Microsoft Visio
    • On the Education Overview page, click on Software and search for Visio Professional
    • Select “Visio Professional 2021” View Key and copy the product key. You will need the product key to license the application.
