Emergency Notification Contact Not Checking Off For the One Book

To ensure your Emergency Notification information is saved:

  1. Click the Validate check box
  2. Click the Save button at the top.

You may notice a brief Saving notification in the top-right corner of the screen (do not close your browser until these 2 steps have been completed). This step can take up to 24 hours to check off. If you have completed these steps and are still seeing the step unchecked within your One Book, please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance at helpdesk@jmu.edu or call 540-568-3555.
