Emergency Notification Contact Not Checking Off For the One Book

You are experiencing an issue with completing the emergency contact section in the One Book.

Applies to MyMadison and the One Book checklist.

To ensure your Emergency Notification information is saved:

1. Click the Validate check box.
2. Click the Save button at the top.

You may notice a brief Saving notification in the top-right corner of the screen (do not close your browser until these 2 steps have been completed). This step can take up to 24 hours to check off.
