How to Add an Authorized User to M3

Overview

Learn how to add an authorized user to your Madison Money Manager (M3) account.

Environment

Within MyMadison and M3.

Troubleshooting/Resolution

Within MyMadison:

  1. Login to MyMadison
  2. Click the Student tab
  3. Select Student Center
  4. Click M3 - My Student Account on the left-hand side under Finances
    • Your web browser may suggest turning off the pop-up blocker to allow M3 to appear
  5. Once in M3, click on My Account at the top-left
  6. Under the Payers section, click on Send a payer invitation
  7. Enter in the name and email of the person who will be set up as an Authorized User (Payer)
  8. Click Send Invitation 
  9. An email will be sent to the address entered with steps to finish setting up their account
