Troubleshooting/Resolution

Google Chrome:

  1. Right-click the email bookmark in your bookmark bar
  2. Click Edit
  3. Highlight the Web Address/URL and delete it
  4. Type "outlook.office.com" for the new Web Address 
  5. Click Save

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Right-click the email bookmark in your bookmark bar.
  2. Click Edit Bookmark
  3. Under URL, highlight the Web Address/URL and delete it
  4. Enter "outlook.office.com" for the new Web Address
  5. Click Save

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the star with three lines in it to access your favorites bar (Microsoft's version of bookmarks) 
  2. Right-click your bookmark and select Edit
  3. Highlight the Web Address/URL and delete it
  4. Enter "outlook.office.com" for the new Web Address
  5. Click Save
