How to install DrillToPIA Excel Add-In

Instructions on how to install DrillToPIA

Excel Add-In DrillToPIA

1. Visit Finance System Downloads and Job Aids.
2. Click on DrillToPIA.xla to download the file.
3. After saving the file, open File Explorer.
4. Drag (or cut and paste) the file to C:\ProgramFiles\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\Library\Analysis.  
   • (You will need admin credentials to move the file to this location.)
5. Open Excel.
6. Click on the File tab.
7. Click on Options on the bottom of the left pane.
8. Click on Add-ins on the bottom of the left pane.
9. At the bottom next to Manage, choose Excel Add-Ins and click Go.
10. Check the box next to DrillToPIA and click OK.
11. Quit Excel.
12. Re-open Excel and an Add-Ins tab will appear in the menu bar at the top after the View tab.
13. In the Add-Ins tab under the nVision drop-down you can choose Drill.
