This article will go over why you have lost access to edit, save, or delete files in your personal N: Drive folder.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
As of 08/01/2025 individual eID folders within N:Drive will be read only. This is due to the transition of eID folders moving to the OneDrive.
Now you will see the message below when accessing files in your eID folder.
