How to Request Resource Calendar Access

To request access to a Resource Calendar such as a Conference Room:

  1. Open a web browser to the JMU IT Service Portal
  2. Log in using your eID and password
  3. Click Request Help
  4. Select Communication & Collaboration
  5. Select Email (Faculty/Staff)
  6. Select Request a Shared Mailbox, Calendar, Resource Calendar or Distribution
  7. Fill all required fields
  8. Click Submit
