To request access to a Resource Calendar such as a Conference Room:
	- Open a web browser to the JMU IT Service Portal
 
	- Log in using your eID and password
 
	- Click Request Help
 
	- Select Communication & Collaboration
 
	- Select Email (Faculty/Staff)
 
	- Select Request a Shared Mailbox, Calendar, Resource Calendar or Distribution
 
	- Fill all required fields
 
	- Click Submit
